What kind of authentication factor/device should I use for my initial Duo enrollment?

For initial enrollment in Duo, the Information Security team recommends users enroll using the Duo Mobile App - our preferred authentication factor. 

Note: Users who opt to enroll using platform authenticators (i.e. Windows Hello) or biometrics may require additional IT support if they have not added Duo Mobile as an authenticator.
