If you unintentionally delete a vault, 1Password provides techniques for recovering your data. The application has a Trash feature where deleted things are retained momentarily before being permanently removed. Furthermore, if you use 1Password with a family or team account, you can frequently recover deleted vaults and items from backups that 1Password automatically creates.
