How to Report a Phishing Email via the Phish Button

York University community members are frequent targets of phishing attacks. You—the user—have an important role to play in keeping your data safe from compromise.

What the Button Does

The Phish Report Button allows you to help keep you and the rest of York University secure by allowing you to report suspicious email with a click of a button. By clicking the Phish Report button, it will send a copy of the email (includes email header and content) to the UIT Information Security for review and automatically moves the suspicious email to your Junk folder.
